The Rockin’ L Ranch is tucked into the rolling foothills of the Bridger Mountains, offering expansive views of the Gallatin Valley and the surrounding mountain ranges. A central focus for this project is to preserve the existing agricultural land while developing new livable spaces. Given this aim, all design interventions will minimize disturbance to the existing landscape. In addition to designs for the new residence, the Master Plan for the property includes restoration plans, relocation of historic barns, and recreation trails to provide access to the far reaches of the property.
